If you cannot get in, that is an emergency lockout. If you can get in but the lock will not work properly, that is a repair. If a key is lost rather than locked inside, that is usually a cylinder change. If someone has forced entry, that is a burglary repair. If you are unsure, describe it on the phone and we will tell you.
Yes, across all 29 areas. Vehicle lockouts are the one where the make, model and year of the vehicle matter more than the address does, so mention those when you call.

Yes, the service runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including bank holidays.
On a timber door insurers normally name BS3621, and on a uPVC or composite door TS007, either a 3 star cylinder or a 1 star cylinder paired with a 2 star handle. We will tell you what is fitted before anything is changed, and fit to the standard your policy names.
Yes, 12 months on all parts and labour, covering repairs as well as replacements.

Call and describe the door and the problem. Each service page carries the starting figure, and an accurate price follows from what is actually fitted rather than from a guess over the phone.
